Staff and students in the School may use this form to apply for a personal space on the School's webserver. The web pages you create will be externally visible.

You are required to observe the University of Surrey Code of Practice for the Publishing of Information in Electronic Format. It is essential that you read this before completing your application for a home page. Failure to observe the Code of Practice will be considered a disciplinary matter by the University.
You should also be aware of the Regulations for the Use of Computers which are currently in force.

Students: If you need web space for course/project work, or need to develop CGI programs then DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Use the teaching web server (www2) instead.
